Rollsizing is a case processing method that removes the bulges in the base of spent cases and allows the ammunition to be reloaded and reused with a much higher degree of reliability. -- This rollsizer has been designed to remove the bulge from the base of the cases, and when combined with a standard full-length sizing die, will result in a smooth and uniform case sidewall.

Hi Mike. It is a nice machine. runs 1800 per hour. It is the smallest model in the range but it works perfectly. Take care.

The calibres range from 380ACP up to 308Win. the effort in sizing is much, much easier and it really does work.

So by this process with 223, I would have to deprime, then roll size, then size, then sewage, then finally load in my LNL. What a process

Good afternoon and thanks for stopping by the channel Trad🙏👍. I have not used it on .223 brass but the process I have is almost as you describe. The results are 100% perfect. For my 9 or .45: Deprime, Wet tumble the brass, Rollsize, Sizing with the sizing die.... and so on. Take care and have a great weekend.

Good evening and thanks for stopping by the channel Anderson👍. I like your process. Looks like you have a good idea how to reload. This machine is added value in reloading, it will eliminate any bulge in the very bottom of the case. If for instance I collect brass that has been used in a Glock and reload and shot in another more demanding weapon things will not work well. If I use this machine, no issues what so ever because it makes the case completely new as if it was coming out of the factory. Have also a look at this video in 4k quality about this machine. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qquspqZqptZleZo Take care and have a great evening.

Good evening Anderson👍. Sorry for such a late reply but your comment has been blocked by YT and only by luck I found this in the list of answered comments. I am not sure If I understand your system but I am happy it works for you. We found that when using ammunition in a Glock the sizing die is not sufficient as the bulge at the very end of the case is still visible. This rollsizer removes this completely. Take care and have a great week.☀🥇

This would be good for the guys that shoot Glocks since they have looser tolerances

Now this is exactly what I was talking or more appropriately, I was being lectured by the owner of this machine. He happens to own several Glocks and explained to me that they are the worst when it comes to bulging cases. To be honest, with my cz's I am not much in need of roll sizing the 9mm, especially because I limit the number of reusing cases to 3 times.

Hello. Thanks for stopping by. This one is on the expensive side for sure. Will set you back around $2000 but it is a great piece of engineering work. It is not that common amongst reloaders here. It is so nice watching it in operation and the results are very satisfying. Take care and have a great day. 👍

I bought one for 223. It struggles and is not able to do 90% of the 223 cases I run though it. Something people should consider if you do rifle cartridges, it struggles and is underpowered for those

Good afternoon Trad. Thanks for this useful information. I have not tried this on the .223 but according to the specs it should have no issues running 223 brass. I would suggest contacting the creator of this tool, Kevin. I found an email on the webpage. info@rollsizer.com . I am curious to see what the issue is actually because the plan was to run some .223 at some point. Take care. Stay in touch
