My old man got me into this tv show when I was about 9 years old. Al Bundy was one of the greatest tv characters of all time and very memorable quotes. There'll never be another show quite like this without offending somebody in today's weakened society. Ed O'Neill's star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame is outside of a shoe store.

In my teens I never missed a new episode. Didn't matter what I was doing, I always made it home on Sundays @9pm. My friends parents couldn't believe that my parents let me watch it. I told them that my parents taught us kids the difference between real life and a make believe comedy TV show that is entertainment. Back then they didn't have reruns, if you missed it then you missed it. It was a different time then.
