When Pri says "Best burfee ever" this certainly isn't just an understatement.. made a batch this weekend for a prayer at home and it was loved by all,literally melts in your mouth and I love that its so simple to make aswell..its an absolute win and for anyone looking for thee PERFECT BURFEE RECIPE or just to make something indulgent,look no further! Literally feels like rainbows and unicorns with every bite of authentic goodness! 👌🏼💯📢🙌👑

This is a miracle recipe. It really is the best burfee recipe ever. I've failed at making burfee twice and gave up. Took a chance and followed this vid and it came out perfect! Thank you sooooo much!!!

I have tried this recipe for eid it is really delicious and soft and easy to mould. My kids say I can not use any other recipe but this in future. Thanks for sharing your delicious recipes with us😋

This really is the most delicious burfi recipe I have ever tried for eid. It really is easy to mould and tastes great. Will definitely be only using this recipe in future

Gave this recipe a try and for first time burfee attempt, it worked perfectly. Added my own twist by adding chopped up kit kat to the dry mixture before adding the syrup for that extra texture and got a pretty decent result.

Hi dear Priyanka. I really enjoy your burfee recipe and it has become my favorite ❤. This time to remainder syrup I added some coconut ,Klim and cardamom powder , just enough to form a firm mixture, used a cookie cutter which gave me 30 peices😊absolutely delicious. How many barfis will this recipe make if you set it in a tray and cut into good size blocks? How many barfis will it make in the silicone tray that you are using?

Instead of a cream tin could you use sweet condensed milk? And then add less sugar to the syrup to even out the sweetness?

Hi, if you use condensed milk, expect a fudgy sticky burfee. U can add less sugar, it will take longer for the syrup to develop and form. I suggest making the original recipe and taste it first and then adjust accordingly to your preference.

Thanks for a lovely recipe..Can I ask u u how long should I leave the burfee to set in the mould,I'm.also worried that it going to stick to the mould 😟

No problem Fatima. Use small moulds also spray and cook. The burfee is soft. So preferably overnight. You can even freeze it, this burfee tastes amazing even if its frozen, it will set better too.

Awesome recipe. I have a similar recipe. But don’t use cream in my syrup. I’d like to try that. But I have to make my syrup very thick. That’s the secret. Did you use both packets of your Klim? Sorry for asking as I only saw you opening one. I’m definitely going to sieve mine twice and leave overnight to rest. Thanks for an awesome recipe and awesome method. 💕

Tip, dont add all the syrup at once add a little at a time till you get your desired texture

Yes you may do that. Even if you make the entire recipe you can freeze the leftovers. I am against freezing sweetmeats. But this tastes the same even if its frozen.

Hey Priyanka, i accidentally used 2 tins of cream to rub into the burfee in the first step.. How do i correct this? Can i just use less cream the syrup or must i add in more klim powder?

Yes dear. When you blitz it the next day blitz twice to get rid of lumps. The overnight mixture is the reason why this burfee is so creamy!!

This is by far the best recipe thank you so much, I made it for my wedding coming up this weekend and cannot wait for my family and friends to taste it. I made the traditional burfee and the pistachio. Thank you for sharing

The recipe calls for 4 x small tins 155g Nestle Dessert cream tins. Two tins to mix into the klim and two tins for the syrup. I could not find the small tins, so i used the regular tin size 2 X 290g.

Hi it will all depend on the cutter or mould you using. If you using a glass tray easy 24 pieces if you using a cookie cutter you get quiet a lot depending on the thickness. Over 50 pieces
