So I'm making burgers today! We moved to Ireland from usa 3 years ago and I remember having to adjust to the gamey flavour in the beef. It taste like the silage they feed the cattle. I assume the difference is american beef is corn fed? Even the cheese had that silage flavour to me. I love it all now. I was also at Ft. Sill for a while. Thanks for the video.

I am from Polish ancestry and I'm from Canada and I'm very excited to one day be able to visit Poland I do have a question though I noticed when you were placing your order things were written in Polish is it also available in English?

In almost every major city like Szczecin there are english menus available upon request. In most sit down restaurants the servers will hear you speaking english while waiting for your seat and will bring you english menus without having to ask. Here in Szczecin we have a lot of tourists from Germany and Scandinavia as it is a cheap place to vacation compared to their home countries, so since English is considered the international language most places will have some english speaking servers as well. When I was in Poland and Ukraine I noticed the difference in the taste of the fries between U.S. and Europe, also the bread was really better in Poland. Do you think that the potatoes grown in Europe may be different than those used in the U.S.?

I imagine that the potato variants here in Europe were developed over time to suit our palate just as the potatoes in the States were developed to suite the American palate, so I don't see why they wouldn't effect the flavor. I'm not a food scientist, but it would make sense to me. Thanks for watching!

From Alberta , Canada here (Originally Pomorze Zachodnie). Can totally relate to quality of beef issue. While visiting family on the coast we went to Kolobrzeg and had a "burger" at Sphinx restaurant. My wife whose family raises beef said it was the worst burger she had. A few days later and starved for beef we went to McDonalds. If BroBurger is half as good as you say it is we're going next year. Thanks.

July and August are the warmest as Patryk said, but for Mark and I the best time is May, early June, or September early October. Poland gets flooded with vacationers from around Europe and with kids out of school, Polish families flock to major destinations. Spring and fall will see far less people and it's still warm enough to do what you want. Thanks for watching.
