If you want to get the cheapest one, you'll have to sacrifice the autofocus functionality, you can go either for vintage lens or there are other third party Chinese brand who make quality lens.... you can get easily get a decent portrait lens for around 5-7k. If you want autofocus then you will have to get Sony 50mm f1.8 which costs around 17k
