Jungle Totem Serperior is an S. Works with retreat costs can work in any grass deck, effectively lowers the cost of all other grass type Pokémon. Makes New Executor’s attack basically 2 energy. It can be used consistently with Chatot and/ Professor Oak’s research to thin the deck. Pokéballs in case you don’t pull the Snivy. The only real caveat is that it is a Stage 2 Pokémon. If it was on a stage 1 Pokémon it would be S+ or SS tier.

Retreats for 1 energy, but still needs Leaf to retreat for free. Found that out myself the hard way haha
