If u want a vehicle that can get through a blizzard 🌨️, get a Jeep Wrangler, Ford Bronco, or Land Rover Defender. I drove a 2022 Jeep Wrangler in a blizzard near Peoria IL. That Jeep Wrangler ate that snow up like it was a summer day. I was the only one on the road. I had to use the ditch as a reference because the road was fully covered with snow. The Jeep Wrangler, the Ford Bronco, and the Land Rover Defender are real 4x4 snow ❄️ vehicles🍷

What if you want reliable? I've done the jeep thing. Just Expect Every Problem is so true! I'll keep my subaru. I live in Michigan and it's always Jeeps and pickups off the road in the ditch in winter time.

Most of these low ground clearance vehicles are in fact not good for snow. Ground clearance, tires and weight distribution are what you want to consider mostly for good snow mobility. Example; 1' of snow, do you want a vehicle with 6" of ground clearance attempting to literally plow it out of the way or something with 8 to 10" of ground clearance to plow as little as possible out of the way. Your lower ground clearance vehicles will be stopped by the weight of the buildup while the higher ground clearance vehicles will get you to your destination unscathed. So please don't lull people into thinking that a Mazda 3 with AWD is just as good as a Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness in deep snow, yes the Mazda is a great vehicle but not designed for harsh winter conditions, the Subaru on the other hand was. I only used these two vehicles as examples, there are others in your slideshow I could have used as well.
