I agree, though it would be easier, it is against a lot of creators' TOS. That's why it is good sometimes to look at "sims dumps", as they can contain multiple stuff and it is usually all agreed upon between the person uploading it, and the person(s) who made the CC. ^^ Also, on a technical note, it'd be a very big file haha... :)
