It has ceramide but not among the first 10 ingredients in the ingredient list, and it also have silicone and polysorbate 60, not suitable for my very acne prone skin. I recommend Benton ceramide cream, have ceramide with high quanlity without silicone and toxic ingredients, i use it every night and it make my skin much better much stronger and amazingly noncomedogenic

Dr can u give an advice? I have sensitive,oily skin..With problem of fungal acne. My skin is very dehydrated. Maybe that's why it Produce more oil on my face.
