I started using retinol and boom my skin barrier got crashed. I blindly bought dot and key barrier repair moisturizer without much knowledge about ceramides and within a week my facial skin was revived. I still use it. If you have oily acne prone skin then use their cica oil free moisturizer. It has the same Ceramide composition.

I used the dot and key ceramide moisturizer last year in winter it was good but on extremely cold nights it wasn't enough moisturizing..and currently using the derma co ceramide moisturizer it is also good for oily skin..and also check the dot and key cica ceramide oil free moisturizer..not the gar but the tube one it has amazing ingredient list..it is available on Amazon and purple..and also check out aqualogica's oil free ceramide moisturizer❤❤❤❤

Hey mam , am a teenager of 15 years old i play football and stay out in the sun for very long . 1 - 2 years back i had no issue with my skin and this year when i started playing and my sun hour increased my skin barrier got damged . Suddenly i got a lot acnes and got brown pigmentations . I have been using cetaphil cleanser , formula rx moisturizer and concious chemist sunscreen . As for some active ingredients i used glyco 6 on the pigmentations twice a week and salicylic acid serum on acnes and whiteheads as i get lots of them on my nose sides and my chin but it doesnt seem to work for me . What should i do ? Can you help me with a skincare routine ? I have always had good appearance but now i feel very indecisive about myself . It would be very helpful for me if you could guide me .

I have a genuine question , Is there a reason why you didn't include the suganda ceramide moisturizer ? As far as I know they have a high concentration of 2.5% ceramide complex , I haven't seen any recent reviews on that moisturizer( everything is from years ago) .
