Ceramides in skincare is effective, but only if you’re getting enough actual ceramides.For instance, a 4% ceramide complex doesn't necessarily mean you're getting 4% ceramides. In fact, it's often equivalent to around 0.1% pure ceramide. If a product boasts a high percentage but doesn't specify the actual amount of ceramides, its efficacy becomes questionable. Don't be misled by marketing claims.

Minimalist has 0.3 % pure ceramide which is equivalent to 12% ceramide complex!! Other brands show percentage to ceramide complex like dr.sheth used 1% ceramide complex please research first well. This all are misinformation!!

Very detailed n informative video. Not all products are suitable for all types of skin. Few may work well for some and may not for the others. For normal skin people most of the products work well but people having dry and irritated skin should always buy products from reputed and pharmaceutical brands. Percentage of ceramides matter but the quality as well. I have used many products having many n high percentage ceramides but none of them worked the way 1-2 creams having less ceramides have worked. It totally depends on skin type and other ingredients that the product would work well or not

I can agree on you with all the products which are shown in the video except for the hyphen one, even though the texture is good but it contains comedogenic ingredients which is not recommended for people with sensitive and acne prone skin. Minimalist has a really good formula, with 5 ceramides, it has the ideal ratio 3:1:1 of ceramides : cholesterol : fatty acid. Love the oily skin one.

This along with Dot and Key ceramide moisturizers are my favorites for the winter months.. Right now in the humidity of Delhi nothing seems to work. Just buy believe me you'll notice within week results and continue it till the moisturizer not finished. My barrier is healing now. The only product you need. Now. After tht I'll search some good products and a moisturizer so tht it can't damage my skin further 💔

Hi Just to re confirm, are you sure Formularx Barrier Plus & Atomist ceramide Moisturizer doesnt fall in your top 10? I have tried 80% from your list perhaps for me those are not close to formularx barrier plus & atomist. Please let me know your thoughts on both if you have tried. Himalaya k face washes best or gentle hain or pH level bhi skin wala hi hai high nahi hai..uske baad damp skin par rose water ko as a toner use karti hun then jab face damp ho rose water ki waja se to us par moisturizer laga leti hun..Care honey lotion moisturizer name hai..I live in Pakistan that's why I use this moisturizer it's a Pakistani brand dear..or phir sunscreen use karti hun wo medicated hai mujhe mere dermatologist ne batai..or raat ko sone se pehle I wash my face with besan and rose water(means besan mein rose water add kar k paste bana kar face par laga leti hun or gently massage karti hun 5 minutes k baad wash kar leti hun) then again rose water as a toner and oil free care honey lotion by Care brand..or jis din mein kahin bahir jaun to definitely bht oil hota hai face par and pollution dust bhi to phir pehle mein ache se cleanser se face wash karti hun then besan and rose water se..double cleanse ho jata hai phir..I am planning to purchase Korean oil cleanser and foam based cleansers..and eat healthy and drink plenty of water and add fruits and vegetables ..
