If you bind chainlightning to shift, and rest of skills to shift+1 shift+2 shift+3 shift+4 all skills will autocast with animationcancel. Do eet now before carpel tunnel hits

Well you have to hold shift and all keys at the same time, so its definetly something I could not even do for more than 10 minutes, it is extemely exhausting. Also there is absolutely no animation canceling on skills there, its just regular cast animations.

raiment is better for speed farming, shroud will better for pit pushing and infernal hordes

I'm curious. Doesn't the Esus boots crit damage and crit chance outweigh the nonphysical damage of rakanoths?

no it does less damage, also you will miss the cooldown and all res. Also you cannot use teleport enchantment with esus, so rakanoths is pretty much set for any sorc build now.

stupid question first time diablo player....what does it mean by cast on cooldown? Does that mean you spam the skill even when its on cooldown? specifically regarding his importance for the conjuration aspect of the build. Like do I just hold down all the skill keys even when they're on cooldown or does it mean to just make sure you always use it when its available. Thanks!!

Okay, so one stupid question, that I'm likely just not understanding mechanically: Why the skill point into Familiar/Enhanced Familiar? Is something else proc-ing that skill, since it's not used on the skill bar or as an enchantment?

Have you tried out azurewrath yet? Also, i dont have heir but i do have a shaco so im using that atm. I took 3 paragon points that i was using on elemental dominance since im constsntly running low on mana (shaco is my only mythic) and dumped it into precision magic to make up for not having it on helm. The other guide i was looking at didnt have precision magic so ill check yours out to compare

I think you loose too much for what it offers: double chance to cast, crit dmg, aspect. Plus the base dmg here is lighting. Azure could work but I would still use for pushing a normal sword

What’s the minimum amount of gear I need to switch over to this and start reliably farming t4? I’m using fireball but feel a bit squishy in infernal hordes and other mob dense areas. I have a good perdition and starless skies already but don’t really have a great amulet with conjuratioj mastery.

it doesnt really matter in the end. The difference will be in the range of ~1%. I rather chose it in the first board because i waste much less nodes to pick up the intelligence

I'm still struggling with mana regen even with the lucky hit chance to restore resource. I find that for single target I run out of mana. What else can I do?

It's hard to say without knowing how much paragon, gear, etc you have. In general you can run Elixir of Resource II, You can masterwork more resource on your Axial Conduit, You can get 12 more Resource in Skill-Tree, You can run Recharging Aspectm etc.

if you take all armor nodes in paragon and shroud plus double incense gets you to roughly 950

All these useless uniques, Frostburn and Axial and Azurwrath. Non of these ads a multiplier to your dmg. The way is Gloves with + Chain Lightning. Pants and weapon all with aspects with multipliers to chain lightning. It always ben like this stack multies avoid goofy lill dmg procs that has no multis

What you are saying there is (unfortunately) very wrong. The actual Skills in D4 usually do very bad damage, and the Proc-Effects do very high damage. This is true for ~80% of all Top Tier Builds being based on Proc-Effects and not Skill Damage itself. (i.e. Frozen Orb does not damage, But Lightning Spear Procs do, Blizzard does no Damage, but Ice-Spikes do, etc.) 18 Ranks in Chain Lightning do like 114% Weapon Damage (which translates roughly ~650 Flat damage or so). Adding Another +5 From your Gloves for Example will add 20% to that. So you will go from 114 to 130% which is equivalent to a 14% Multiplier which only works on Chain Lightning. For example Frostburns Procs do lets say 5000 Flat damage. That is 8 times more than a Chain Lightning hit. And these Procs very well run through all your multipliers as well just like chain lightning. Same goes for Axial Conduit. The Proc damage of 3500 AoE Damage is 6-7 times higher the The hit damage of a Chain Lightning. In general, You can grab Skill Ranks as a "side effect" to get a little more damage, but the Reality is, +5 Skills on your gloves for example, will give you less damage than for example 160 intelligence.
