Aloha Julian! Thanks for showing us very economical apartments. I've heard you talk about On Nut before, so I'm certainly going to look around that area. Since Siam and Asok are quite pricey, I expect I'd be on the BTS there very often for the night life! Personally, both of these apartments look quite small for me; okay for a 2-week vacation visit, but not long term as I need space for an office. I do like the second unit is on a high floor. I can understand that if this area is popular with expats, there's probably lots of English spoken and services for foreigners. However, if I want to see foreigners everyday, I can just stay home! So I'd prefer a little bit more local vibe. Bill

Having lived in 6 cities, in the centre and in areas not far from centre, I feel it's best to choose an area that's easily accessible and not far from centre. Because it gets a bit boring/exhausting when you're living in the middle of the hype 24x7!!) But depends, if the condo has good sound isolation and a common area/facilities that are less hectic/calm. The first one is quite interesting, the space has good potential, bright and clean. Some personal touches and can make it super cozy. Would've been nicer if it was on a higher floor though. The view is not too bad either with the palm trees. But an open view on a higher floor is always nicer living in the city. Overall quite interesting. I can see what can be done with the space, plus there's a harmony. The second feels better though, overall, (considering everything). But I like the bathroom and kitchen better in the first one!!). The facilities seem better in the second one, plus unit is on a higher floor with an open view. If the management of the condo is good, and rate for water/electricity is normal - I think the second is the better of the two. For 10k it's definitely a steal since it's well located and in close proximity to everything. What's the area of apartment 1 and 2? I do like how you show the units 👍🏻Quite easy to watch, listen and follow. *(You look a bit down today though, usually you're more energetic) Excellent post again. Really informative 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 One more thing. I've a feeling you check the beds because of a personal experience!!)) Because I noticed in few videos of yours that you check it each time. Not every agent do it 👆🏼

Thanks for sharing your detailed thoughts 💭 Yes, I check the beds from personal experience because last condo I rented I didn’t check that ahead of time. It makes a big difference comparing a $100 mattress vs a $1,000+ mattress

@@JULIANKGLASSER Yeah I know it's at On Nut like the other one. But I want to be able to find it on google maps. Measure the distance to things. Use the street view in maps to look around. Get a feeling of the area, the street, and so on. A pro tip would be to add a google pin to the condo name in google maps in the description of the video. Sukhumvit Homes does that to their videos. It's really helpful. And I can see the comment is view-able now too.
