I don't think this style of Filipino Fast Food even exists ANYWHERE in NYC. It's either Jollibee or a sit down restaurant.. We are lacking :(
@Jaycation2 жыл бұрын
Thats right i noticed that! Not even in queens?
@Lee-iy6ey2 жыл бұрын

About 25 years ago, when I worked in Sorrento Mesa, there were really only a couple of Filipino restaurants. The one that is now Manila and Kristie’s was the place where everyone bought lumpia. I always thought it was so strange that Mira Mesa had so few Filipino restaurants. Now it looks like there’s a lot more to choose from.

Zarlito's has the best chicharron bulaklak. Inside Island Pacific Market next to Tita's is a place called (I think) Philhouse Lutong Bahay. They have good food there too. My go to is always Lisa's Filipino Cuisine, also on Plaza Blvd (good chicken chicharron). As always, great video pare! Side note: Bummer that Jollibee stopped serving their "silogs".
