Its my first Christmas with no family. I am all alone physically this Christmas but spiritually i know my heavenly Father gat me covered. I am going through dialysis all through Christmas while i wait for my kidney Transplant in January. Jesus is the reason for the season.

I was looking for a playlist of Christmas hymns that aren’t trying to be over-the-top, and praise God, you compiled something where I can sing along and actually reflect on the meaning of Christmas. Found myself in tears many times, my soul was so moved. Christmas really is my favorite holiday, the Light being celebrated at the darkest part of the year. And in the final month of a year where I didn’t always resist sinning, the celebration of Christ’s arrival to cleanse my sins I just soothes and rejuvenates my soul.

This is a lovely video with lovely hymns sung by Stacey.I have been playing it while I groom my Persian cat(a daily event). It calms her and helps me focus on the Lord rather than on the frustration I feel when my kitty does not cooperate with her grooming. Meanwhile my parrot loves the hymns which he has heard often in his fifty years and loves to sing alone with Stacey. His favorite? O Come O come Emmanuel.
