Do you have any recommendations for keeping the foot flat in the first pull, especially in no foot variations? I rock onto my toes or heels in the first pull and this seems to make not jumping to the catch particularly hard, even with an empty bar and wearing heels

I can’t seem to full clean more than my power clean even though I will full snatch more than my power snatch 🤦♂️
