Another thing worth trying for PS5 users is switching where you connect your headset's audio jack.. Either to your controller or through the USB port via adapter. Whenever an update messes up the audio, I just switch that out and seems to improve a bit but it may not sound the same the next update so just switch it again if ever

Its usually in your sound settings in console. But make sure your headphones are plugged in

I have a Audeze penrose (a wireless version of yours) i also noticed that headphone for footsteps is the best. I have pre ordered the audeze maxwell so i hope it will improve my gaming after this upgrade, can't wait!

No you can't do it. The only way would be to lower your master volume
