To be fair it makes sense with their roles. Fred is someone who's expected to make the experience as nice as possible for the customer, whereas gino and gordon are cooks, it's alot more stressful environment.

I enjoy watching Gino but Ramsay ruins these shows as ha just too competitive and uptight…. And a narcissist so that’s always hard to watch in the way they treat others. They’re always first, their name has to come first in the credits, they do the narrator and can’t accept not be win. A bit like Trump. He’s a good example. Another is Pierce Morgan and then there’s Simon cowell. Us Brits seem to love them. It is very clear in the kitchen, Ramsay actually hates cooking and everyone around him suffers because he’s also exceptionally difficult and condescending. Gino is very easy going but even he can’t take it as you can clearly see half way through this. I get it because I read his biography and it was a happy life. Particularly on his fathers side.
