We are going to chat about the corded find tip, glue gun and the cord less fine tip glue gun, same glue gun do the same thing as far as output and whatnot. Same glue sticks, same everything like that. But it's the convenience factor as is the cordless. Worth it? So the cordless is going to be about $10 more on average than your corded glue gun.
So one thing that's great about your cordless glue gun is it is a little bit smaller. It feels smaller in your hand, whatnot. This one feels a little bit bigger. So if you have a bigger hand, this actually might feel better in your hand than this one. It's about the same, really. But this one just feels. Feels thicker and more solid than this one.
This glue gun comes with a little base plate. So all of the drippings that come off of your glue gun that's just slowly dripping out, just laying right on your base and keeps your surface protected. Your corded glue gun does not come with the base. However, after using this unit for a month, I notice that this unit drips way more than this one.
This the corded glue gun rare really ever drips on me like ever. Maybe occasionally if I have it off for a few days and then I turn it back on, it'll give me a drip as it heats up, but just for it to be consistently sitting on, it doesn't drip for me. And I know this is really, really bad advice and don't do this at home, but I swear I leave my glue guns on 24 seven.
Okay, so overall, all these units are fantastic. Both are great. I if I had to pick one for myself, a heavy glue gun user, I would probably stick with the corded if I was more of a casual user at home. Just doing projects periodically, definitely go with the cordless that's a little bit more money. But the flexibility of just being able to like pick it up and move it around and not be bounded by a cord is so helpful.
