I guess, in UK it's harder than canada to settle, as you have to find a sponsership job which is difficult comparatively, and stay on that job or the skilled worker visa for 5 years and then you might be able to apply ILR. However, for canada you don't need a specific employer sponsored job. You can work with any employer for your three years of PGWP visa and then apply in draws, and if you points are enough you get PR, or you can find a sponsership job, so you got two ways in Canada to immigrate.
