Carrera and kondo love is a non existent relationship... I read this novel very long time ago and if I remember there is no romance in case of Rimuru the only obvious is Chloe but is still not really confirm maybe Chloe only see him as her teacher and at the end of the novel he didn't end up with anyone he became too OP, return to earth and save his former self from being stab then return to Isekai world again and the novel is finish.
