Whoohoo! Dirty Loops fan here, and it melted by brain just seeing how they melted yours 🤣, and the total appreciation you had of their musical creativity. Thanks a mill for that suggestion, Steve 🙏 This collaboration between the Loops and Cory Wong really is a match made in heaven. Check out the rest of this album, “Turbo”. “Follow The Light” is another complete banger with some of Jonah’s insane vocals. “Turbo”, the title track, is an instrumental only, but still great and true to its name ;) Those three guys from Sweden are longtime friends, deciding to jam for fun and play all the things which ‘would get them fired’ from a session or other gig. They’ve studied a mix of musical styles, jazz being one of them. All three bring a different background to their playing, and it’s one of the things I love about them: the complete mix of genres they inhabit. Cory Wong is an insane funk guitarist from Minneapolis, and his horn section features some members of the famous Hornheadz (who played with Prince, Michal Jackson and many others.) Kenni Holman is one of them, featured here playing the sax as well as flute. Check him out on KZbin. Cory Wong also is a must. There are various interviews with Henrik (bass) as well as Jonah (keys and vox) on Cory’s podcasts as well as on other channels, if you want to dive deeper. Dirty Loops themselves have an impressive catalog of albums and singles, all total fire 🔥🔥🔥 You might want to go onto their channel and check out more of their stuff. “Work Shit Out”, “Next to You” are just two of their other awesome tracks. Yes, it’s too much goodness at once, they really hit hard. Your face said it all at 6:18 :), 7:04 🤣 and at 9:38 😂🤣😅 Great analyses and reaction (great little Halloween intro there as well ;) Looking forward very much to hearing more Dirty Loops on your channel, man 🙏

Well, you've stepped into the pool that is Dirty Loops, you might as well dive in and enjoy the swim! Check out "Follow the Light" (also with Cory Wong) as well as "Next to You" and Work Shit Out, it will melt your brain. 😀

In typical Dirty Loops style, the tune playing during the credits is actually from Monsters, Inc

Lovely reaction, you absolutely nailed it (in my very uneducated opinion)!! Dirty Loops and Cory Wong is a very good collaboration. You could react to another song from that album, Follow the light. But you could also react to just Dirty Loops, i.e. the three guys on the right (the singer Jonah, base player Henrik, and drummer Aron), their stuff is always top notch. Maybe the favorite of many, "Next to you", or the wonderful "Work shit out"? Dirty Loops started by making a couple of covers, "loopifying" the originals. Others can recommend with one to start with. Hoping for more DL stuff, I subscribe!

Hi there again, just wanted to mention: all of the vocals are by Jonah. He’s a master of harmony and vocal layering. Check out the song “Next To You” by Dirty Loops, for more brain-melting vocal harmonies by Jonah ;) Also, he did a cover of MJ’s “Bad” as part of a solo project, all filmed on an iPhone, and man, his voice and his outrageous reimagining of that classic! 🔥🔥🔥 Link below ☺️

I envy you hearing Dirty Loops for the first time, man! Since I can not relive things twice the same amplitude, the whole "reaction" genre on youtube is about seeing other people having the same impression on something. I felt your reaction so mine! Thanks man :)

Welcome to my favorite band, where Jonah ends each phrase with a smile, while Aron and Henrik have a musical laugh with each other. Infectious, musical, accessible. Try Follow the Light from this same "session" for an original song, though DL are also very famous for their Loopified covers. Looks like no Angelina Jordan reactions yet? If you don't know of her, and are ready for another mind blown, try "I put a spell on you" (she's 9!)

Hey mate, sorry I missed your comment, it can be tough to keep up with them all. I just want to say how much I appreciated your mind words. I’m not the best reactor, or editor, or anything like that. But I do have a genuine love for doing this and I try to put that into every video. So long as I have people like you supporting me, I’ll be going nowhere anytime soon! Thanks so much once again King, you honestly have no idea what a boost that is to read. Hope you have a great weekend mate! 😊

So rich!..funky fusion pop. Whodathunk Michael Jackson could be improved upon. The most exemplary tight inspiring drum and base I think I've ever heard. I was speechless when I first heard them too. Then i listened to everything i could that they've done so far. So very much excellence! Hope they come down to Australia some time🍀

Welcome to the wonderful world of Dirty Loops! You've much to discover -- both their covers and originals. I love witnessing how, by just hearing one song, the band changes peoples' lives forever (both musicians and non-musicians). Check out their first-ever original composition, "Hit Me," which went to #1 in Japan. They're newest song, "Run Away" ... get a diaper. You'll need it. LOL!

If you like Dirty Loops, perhaps you’ll like another Quincy Jones discovery: Jacob Collier… Try “All Night Long” for starters… which JC performs with Take 6 and the Metropole Orkest.

I told you would love it! The reason its a true homage to Michael Jackson is that it was produced by Quincy Jones who is their manager. Interesting fact - the horn section and Cory Wong were in Philadelphia and Dirty Loops were in Stockholm and the images were stitched together in post production. Will have another suggestion for you soon.
@danielstromberg726010 ай бұрын
Just a little correction, Quincy is DL manager not producer

OPPS I was told Philly, but the point was they were in different freaking Continents. I also found out that Quincy doesn't do their production, just management. @@cdanielpetersson
