Ingredients:
yolk 5 xl ( 100 grams)
sugar 3/4 cup (150 grams)
vanilla 2 tsp
oil 1/2 cup ( 100 grams)
water 2/3 cup ( 140 grams)
cake flour 250 grams (2 cups)
baking powder 10 grams (1 tbsp )
salt 5 grams (1tsp)
eggwhites 300 grams ( 1 1/3 cup)
sugar 150 grams ( 3/4 cup)
cream of tartar 3 grams ( 1 tsp)
Whipped cream icing:
heavy cream 3 cups
powder milk 1/4 cup x3 ( 10 tbsp)
Vanilla Custard:
fullcream milk 750ml
sugar 150 grams ( 3/4 cup)
cornstarch 6 tbsp
whole egg xl size (55-60 grams)
yolk 3 xl (58 grams)
butter 75 grams
vanilla 1 1/2tsp
Flavoring:
mango (puree for the icing) 1 large
ube flavoring 1 tbsp for the cake
1 tbsp for the icing.
Baking time: 35-40 minutes ( depending on your oven)
Oven temperature: 160°c
Pan size: 6x3 round pan.
