Another recipe in a series that falls into the category of “You could sell this and I would buy it” according to my husband.
My husband is like that, if something is good he will say it, if it is not so great he will say it is not great. And his highest score is always - You could sell this!
What is great about this recipe is that even complete beginners can make this crispy chicken and it is great because it is baked in the oven and there is not much work around it.
Ingredients:
280 g chicken breast
4 g of salt
3 g of vegetable spice
70 g cornflakes (0.5 g salt)
2 eggs (salt crumb 0.5g)
70 g of flour
3 tablespoons oil
Preparation
Cut the chicken breasts into medium-sized pieces and add the vegetable seasoning and seasoning to the bowl.
(The vegetable seasoning I use has 56% salt and the rest is dried vegetables and spices (something like vegetable stock or vegetable cube). When using vegetable seasoning, always look at how much salt there is in it and follow the rule that 2 g of salt per 100 g of meat).
Stir well to make the meat absorb the spices.
Cover and refrigerate until you plan to make lunch (several hours).
Prepare 70 g of flour, 70 g of cornflakes and 2 eggs.
Put 0.5 g of salt each in cornflakes and eggs.
Grind the cornflakes but not too much.
Whisk the eggs lightly.
Put the chicken in the flour first, then put it in the eggs and let the eggs drain.
Roll the chicken in cornflakes and place it over the baking paper.
Sprinkle the chicken with very little oil.
Bake the chicken in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, turn the chicken over and bake for another 15 minutes.
