It's so delicious that I cook it almost everyday! Incredible fast and easy chicken dinner! Epic 10 minute chicken breast recipe with just a few ingredients! This is a terrific quick dinner idea for busy nights that's made with pantry staples. It's quite amazing how so few ingredients can transform into such a tasty sauce for chicken! Also this can be made with any protein - beef, pork, lamb, shrimp and even tofu! Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
60 g flour (1/4 cup)
3 1/2 tbsp butter or 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil or any
4 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
add 90 g (1/3 cup) honey (or maple syrup)

Buy food thermometer, its not that useful when you have years of experience and used the same cooking pans/oven etc. so you know the temps and timings but for a newbie and in general its a really great tool and it doesn't cost much, just stick it in thickest part and google the meat you're cooking optimal temperature. Very easy to use, i was overcooking my chicken breasts and they always came out dry because i learned my oven/air fryer is super good so i need like 3-5mins less than most recipes on youtube, used food thermometer few times on different meats to reach X temp and they came out juicy and delicious, one of the best buys for starting home cooking person imho
