This is my first time ever leaving a comment. I washed your video 2 days ago and I understand exactly what the pb was when I made mine and that was too much water. I always had difficulties when it came to cutting. But with your method my problem is solved. I have to admit I was somehow sceptical with the little amount of water you put I thought it would make the chin chin hard after frying but I was so surprised it was just perfect. Thanks very much

1.First measurements must be correct, and 2 the dough should be well mixed ,3 start with low heat when fring Chin-chin, 4 watch others of my Chin-chin video on my channel, do these 4 things to have a good and very crunchy Chin-chin.
