I have masked my emotions for a long time to prove my strength and my worth. I’’m completely blind, on the autism spectrum and have CPTSD. I think masking is starting to backfire and has caused me to conditionally love myself rather than unconditionally love myself. I mask certain behaviors in order to fit in with society’s rules and norms, when a lot of these behaviors are comforting and make me feel safe and secure. And a lot of these behaviors aren’t even hurting anybody. Self limiting beliefs, comparing myself to others, being hard on myself are the things I struggle with. I’m working with green moonstone, rose quartz, aqua marine, and a few others. What other crystals would be good for this kind of healing?

Hey Courtney! I had heard of these crystals before but wasn’t familiar with them. Thanks for explaining their properties and meaning! The one experience I’ve had with rose quartz was when I paired it with green aventurine when my dog passed away... I was so heartbroken and couldn’t stop crying.... pairing both of them and focusing in lessening the heartache def helped! The straws are so cool!! Love the rose tone with the rose quartz!!

I always enjoy your videos, they are so free flowing and informative and a very relaxing video. I have a question, if you have ever felt negative about certain stones. There are some stones that for no particular reason I feel turned off by them. Some of them are stones that are really useful and I can't seem to feel an attraction to them. Pyrite is one of them and I don't know why I can't connect with it but would like to because of your video about pairing it with citrine which I love for manifestation. Maybe I'm the only one that find certain stones difficult to connect with.

I have a hard time connection with Tanzantine and Blue Kyanite - I totally know what you mean, because I tend to "avoid" them now since I have this type of energy to them lol I do try to not avoid them too much because it really comes down to us opening up the energy of them, now I feel a little more comfortable with each one but its not seamlessly. I would take some time and hold for like 5 minutes and then put back down that is something I do to warm up and open up to the energy, after doing this you can try to the crystal pairing with citrine and pyrite, I would LOVE for you to experiment with it bc it really works!! lol

Yes, I have heard its not good to have rose quartz (quartz) in general soak in water for a long period of time too, I do need to do more research on this as well, but what I love about the crystal straws is that depending how fast you drink your drink its only in the water for a very short amount of time, but yes def something that important to look into more! I would love to make a video on this in the next 2 months too :)

Is is safe to injest water thats been sitting in crystals. I hope its not poisionous?

It depends what kind of crystal is it. You always want to ingest the water with crystals that are water safe in a timely matter. I personally dont like to leave my crystal straw in the water for hours and hours - I will just drink it through out my morning and afternoon. I hope this helps!

I would say solar plexus chakra crystals really highlight self confidence. Sunstone is great for building self confidence and the same with Tigers Eye :)

What are the best crystal for protection? I have a karmic creditor that harm me many times and ruined my life. I also met with psychic vampire before. Also ruined my life. I am being harmed a lot. So protection is very important to me.

I would recommend black tourmaline, smoky quartz, malachite, and labradorite (psychic protection works great with labradorite) Also just having some selenite around your home with help bring in only light energy to you. Hope this helps you!
