I wish the arms had more grip or were longer. They just don't stay in place to where I can forget about them.
@cyclistpeteАй бұрын
The arms are short, but seemed pretty decent to me. However I did have to adjust them a few times, more then my other glasses.
@davidbutler1857Ай бұрын
@@cyclistpete I ended up sticking with the Radars... no other Oakley models are very good for cycling. They need to go back to formula on the arms they have for each model. They're too thin and just don't stay.

Looks like you ride around Tacoma near the port. Very cool.

I do ride around that area sometimes! But this video was around the Seattle port, West Seattle, and the Seattle Waterfront Park

It's a pity that I couldn't find the right size for my face! Oakley has only one version of glasses for narrow faces, flack 2.0 xl. the rest are all huge

dang, that is a bummer. hope you can find some good alternatives!

How do i take off the temples

I don't think you can. I think the only removable piece is the nosepiece rubber.

I have the radar ev path trail torch and i noticed that my nose is sweating most of the time, it’s the same with encoder?😱
@cyclistpete3 жыл бұрын
Hmm I’m not sure. My nose sweat with these seems on par with other sunglasses. So are they slipping off your nose?
@DannyDL1ght3 жыл бұрын
@@cyclistpete they are not slipping, the nose pads are actually soft , maybe it’s because of the humidity or the lenses light transmission which is higher than usual 35%
@derzkoeradio3 жыл бұрын
Hi! Nice glasses))) Do you have optical erosions near nose too?! Great distortion in nose triangle? But when looking straight forward it's okey... I've got 24k lenses. Awesome hi-quality shades
@cyclistpete3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! They are pretty rad. I really like those 24k ones. But I hadn’t noticed anything earlier. I just tested them now and I can see a little haziness/distortion around the nose area. But it’s only at extreme angles, or if I’m cross eyed haha nothing I would notice using them normally
@derzkoeradio3 жыл бұрын
Yes. It's ok when use them normally. But it should be when lense has shape like this. This is natural optical refraction. But sometimes when look down this refraction comes into view. Thank you. Have a nice day!

Which is best for marathon running.. Can we use this while running??
@cyclistpete Жыл бұрын
Yeah, these could be used for marathon running. However, I'm not sure which lenses and frames would be the absolute best. It would likely be personal preference. The Oakley Radar Advancers are another great option, those have interchangeable lenses. The Prism Road would be a great all round lens for running in medium to bright conditions.

How is the fogging / ventilation performance as compared to radar advancer sir?
@cyclistpete3 жыл бұрын
Yo. Not as good as the advancers when the nosepiece is pushed out. But they seem like they are pretty close
@dubai863 жыл бұрын
@@cyclistpete thanks for the swift reply sir. because I'm thinking either to get a Kato or an Encoder. Mainly for running. And we live in hot country. Not sure kato/encoder will fog due to poor ventilation.

Hey there , Do they pinch the sides of your head giving you a Headache after a few hours of wearing ?
@cyclistpete3 жыл бұрын
I haven’t felt any discomfort from wearing them. I’ve only worn them for 2 hours at the most since I’ve had them. The side pressure seems about the same as my radars.
