@@lookingforsmalldads7588 I always run Blood Exchange/Achillies if I'm a movement/damage/HP build but I also build 40% armor pen kits. PDR rushdown doesn't help against my kit and I have enough HP thanks to Blood Exchange and Morale Boost. I also do it on my Hippo build but only because I build out buff duration, having 20 seconds of blood exchange is diabolical.
