Koshi is Koshitan (Torako) and Anko's surname so technically they're both the "Tiger". However, Torako's given name also contain the kanji for tiger in TORAko. The funny part about Anko's name is that, not only is it the kanji for anko as in red bean paste, but her full name Koshi Anko sounds similar to Koshi-an(ko) which is a type of red bean paste that is smooth because the skin has been strained.

They will rush at you to get those treats, and if you are shorter than them, they chase you around for it. Even if you are taller than them, they will nudge you and bite your pants/skirt to get your attention. Imagine a bunch of otaku swamping over you to buy that limited edition figurine off your hand, except it's deer going for your crackers.
