This is wonderful, please keep showing after-care in your tutorials, thank you soooo much.

When you put on your edge control, tie a silk scarf on your edges for at least 5 mins. It will help lock your edges into that place.

Your hair turned out great! I am almost 3 months post relaxer and was looking for tutorials on defined braid outs...this was a good tutorial! As far as a good edge control...I am like you...I've tried many (including Hicks, Creme of Nature, and silk elements to name a few). Ebin 24 hour edge control ranks #1 in my book! I love it. It is not flakey and you can put a little on each day without getting that "caked on" look. It is great!

I just want to say thank you!! I seriously want to cry! I’ve been searching and searching for people on KZbin that has had relaxers and could get their hair curly... everytime I searched it would be people who were natural and I would just get so devastated and go try buying products to help get curly hair I thought i would never come across anything like this ... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!

Ooh girl you had me shook throughout this video. Totally enjoyed it. Been natural for years never dreamed of a relaxer since 2008. Suddenly I decided to look up relaxed hair on youtube and came across your video. Not gonna lie, you and a few other youtubers with relaxed hair have me thinking twice. But my hair is in a terrible state. Too brittle to consider relaxing.

Have you tried Jamaican black castor oil edge control? Someone recommended it to me at work and said it has great hold; her edges looked so smooth and silky with no flakes at all. She purchased it on Amazon and it has an orange lid. I plan on trying it soon because I have the same problem with edge controls

Payton Smith girl you ain't lyin about that lol lol. Also, she could try got to be glue. the one people use for their lace frontals . I know it sounds absurd but if it can keep a wig glued down for 3 days then sure it can lay down some edges for some hours lol.

I think it also depends on the type of braid done because a small cornrow braid would give a smaller wave compared to a big one. I think doing a single braid compared to a cornrow may give a different wave too.
