My favorite citrus fragrance, it smells so natural and refreshing in the heat. I got a 200ml bottle last summer after discovering it and was very surprised by the poor performance. If they release an intense version it would be a perfect 10/10.

I think I bought at least 8 of them 150ml, as you said simple and amazing. Just love it. I wish it would last longer and the opening is super. I have not found a similar one that I like so much. This is parfume for me, I am not after compliments.

Cremo has a fragrance called “Iced Citron and Driftwood”. It has the absolutely most mouthwatering iced lemonade opening(you will literally want to go out and grab a lemon sorbet/iced lemonade). In the dry down, it becomes the most cuddly musk/sweet driftwood fragrance you will ever smell. Based on this review, it would appear that it gets its “influence” from Dior Homme Cologne. Could you perhaps do a review of “Iced Citron and Driftwood” as potentially being the best cheap alternative to this fragrance???

Yes please do a comparaison with Jimmy Choo and Mercedes. I love Jimmy Choo Ice but it's very faint. Never got to try Mercedes im really interested! Of course, Dior Cologne is holy lemonade! :)

On my third bottle of Dior Homme Cologne (signature fragrance of mine) it's SO CALMING! You smell like a fresh made lemonade with a bit of sugar added to it, works so well in the summer! Get tons of compliments with it, projection is bad tbh, 2hours max, skin scent after that. Chanels Allure Homme Sport Cologne smells 95% similiar to DHC but suffers from the same issues. I wish there was a version that project strong, anyone knows a good alternative that actually projects?

I really like this one and don't understand why it gets frown upon by frag community. Love the smell and longevity (for a freshy). Agree on projection. Reminds me of my dad's old french cologne he bought on his Paris trip in 1970's from some kind of local perfumery. I believe this one should have been released as a flanker to Eau Sauvage not Dior Homme and maybe that's why it gets negative reviews as people expect iris based scent...

I'm on Acqua di Bergamotto, Millesime Imperial, some MFK citruses... got rid of AdG, etc. now with a nose for nichier stuff but I'm coming back to designer land to try something like this after some run-ins with abysmal performance. Looking towards Acqua di Parma, Lemon Lime from Mancera, maybe, maybe TdH ETF

When I first sprayed this one, I actually drooled; it smelled so amazing! That opening is🔥🔥🔥! Unfortunately, my nose picks up this gag-inducing soapy scent as it dries down and I'm not sure where that's coming from. I haven't smelled it on anyone nor did I spray it on me, but on a tester strip that soapiness was unbearable.🤢

I forgot I even made this comment, but I know now that the soapy smell I get is from the grapefruit blossom, which is reminiscent of orange blossom, a sometimes soapy white floral that I generally despise. Without that grapefruit blossom this would be a masterpiece but I can't get passed that soapy/powdery middle.

The scent for this fragrance is like the essential summer white t fragrance. The longevity performance and projection on it are by far the worst on any of the fragrances I own. You’ll need to use plenty throughout the day.

The suspect performance makes me prefer Dior Homme Eau for warm weather days, and ADG Profumo for summer nights. Might add a third fresher frag, like Aqua Fahrenheit.

People who complain about the performance don't understand what a traditional 'cologne' is meant to be, ie. a very light citrus scent which can be sprayed several times a day. If it had good performance you wouldn't be able to spray it so much because the base notes would still be present. 'Colognes' are basically just top note fragrances. Nice review.

Jamison Harris I’m also a huge fan of this scent. I own and use it and my advice to you is it doesn’t last long enough to get to the musk. It smells like a frozen lemonade. And it goes away in about 3 hours. But I still use it.

DHC is a clean, fresh, cold lemonade while EB is a spicy lemon pie with a little bit of sweetness. I’d say DHC for daytime and EB for nighttime
