I'm a bit late getting here but awesome video as usual. Loved your mitered blade display table! I started laughing out loud when I saw what it was made for! I've tried and tried to get numerous Dewalt saws to miter accurately but to no avail. The blade (numerous blades) starts fine then travels at the end of the cut leaving a thin to thick miter. 😡

Glad you enjoyed it! We have the same problem with the blade traveling when doing miters, we have to crank the tile over a bit to sometimes keep cutting close to the glaze edge.

We don't find that helps much on these small blades, we replace them when dull and chipping.
