In short...stop eating ultra processed crap!! replace seed oils with healthy oils (olive oil, coconut oil, animal fat) stop consuming large amounts of sugar & unhealthy carbs & exercise regularly. What you put into your body is the cause of most inflammation, disease & cancers. Being healthy is the easiest form of prevention. My wife has been going through this for a couple of years & nothing has helped with the pain, for the last few months changing her diet & exercise has helped & i am confident in time that this will eliminate her symptoms totally, fingers crossed.

OMG! This has just made me cry! Due to family history (3 generations) of diabetes, I have always been diet conscious & exercised regularly, till Dec 23 I was going to gym 3 times a week with a PT! I am a petite woman and up till recently have been a UK size 6. Thankfully I was able to maintain my health throughout my 2 pregnancies and at 47 have never developed diabetes or any other health issues. I have always had heavy periods from my early teens but have managed to complete school and worked for 30 years of my life. Food wise, I have literally followed this video’s advice. And now suddenly for the last year I have been in agonising pain, that I haven’t been able to work for 2 months! This week I have been told that I have endometriosis and it’s so bad I need to have a complete hysterectomy as the adhesions are tethering my bowels, bladder & other organs together! Other than endometriosis, I still have no other health issues & my bloods are all normal too! Please stop giving advice like this for endometriosis! There is no research around the world that shows the reasons for getting this disease, there is no cure or treatment! I know for a fact I didn’t do anything to get this disease. It’s the worst thing & wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Don’t add to our misery by making it seem like we did something wrong! Also girls as young as 14/15 have this disease, what did they do in such a short time?

Again 2013 the problem arise pain in urethra, urine problem, hbp, swelling on leg, for which i take lots of medicines injection. Camera inserted through urinal. To detect the desease. Later it turns heavy bleeding with pain in urine. Thank god i avoid uterous removal by taking homeopathic medicine. Within 2 weeks my bleeding stopped. In ultrasound all r ok.

I only recently came across your channel and I really loved the way you convey information about women's health related topics. I have subscribed to your channel and have also watched many of your videos. Doctor, I had a doubt with respect to delivery. In my first delivery, I had no health related issues and even started labour pains but because of the meconium I had to undergo caesarean and thus had to bear both the pains. My first born though at the time of delivery was normal but after 2 days was very critical and is a miracle baby. So, my doubt is that because of the fact that my first delivery had to be an emergency caesarean, whether in case of second delivery will it be caesarean or will the doctor permit normal delivery? Is myfembree working for you? We(my wife) just got diagnosed today so early stages. Doctor recommended myfembree but our insurance wound be $1000 a month. We need a different answer unless we know that medicine is going to fix it. Even then $1000 per month isn't sustainable tbh.

I used to eat most healthy food during growing years... Also my mum cooks simple food neither too spicy nor too oily.
