G'day, another very interesting and informative video. Have always wanted to set up an all Australian native fishes tank. What other species do you thin would be compatible with rainbowfish and blue eyes?

Thank you :) For the native tank depending on the size of the rainbows you could possibly get away with some smaller gudgeons or gobies. Other than that both the rainbowfish and blue eyes should be able to cohabitate well with natives such as pygmy perch, Hardyheads, Australian Smelt, and any other smaller native fish.

Your endlers have a very vibrant color... I'm a little jealous, lol ... the blue eyes, too, look cute and fast... BTW , how big can a bristlenose catfish be ... yours seems still like a young one ...

They can get to be about 10-15cm however they are relatively slow growing. I have a few Bristlenose all of which are different ages :)

I was surprised that CPDs worked well as dithers in my tank. I'd heard they were shy, but they brought all the rasboras out to front of the tank 😊
