I can agree with you on this one, I’ve been rocking a few of these for at least a few years....battery is the weak spot, but these get powered/charged from a tripod ground station most of the time. I have mine mounted with Velcro so people can stand and watch or you can just remove one and hand the unit to spectators to hold, goggles(especially sweaty ones) aren’t as friendly for most new to fpv.

I have the lcd5802s and it has been going string since June 2016. I use it mostly for spectators or setting up stuff on the bench.

7" screen, diversity receiving, DVR, AV In/Out and dual power types is very nice feature set for a mobile ground station. However Eachine certainly must use matte screen in next revisions for more comfortable using outside or under bright lamps.

I bought exactly the same unit, but without the DVR for about $30 on eBay. Not Eachine branded, but the exact same case, supplied cables and even cardboard box. Branded as ShneHalo LT8025

Use this for on-bench camera adjustments and quad video testing. Excellent unit. Never had any issues with mine. I had not thought of using it as a ground station (feed into goggles).

Had this for a while now before I bought goggles. Inbuilt battery dies VERY quickly indeed. I use it for showing passers by interested or curious. It's not great but it's much cheaper than another pair of goggles...Matt screen would have been good indeed.

Very similar in layout to my Sky RC900. Mine has a smaller light shade and square buttons across the bottom. Very handy. I use it mostly for setting up the vtx. I saw someone flying fpv outdoors with one of these on camera tripod.

I have one of these and really like it. As stated the battery is the weak point. It says 12 volt charging. Some have suggested a 3s battery but it is not even 12 volt but a 4s being 16 volts what shout a person use? I know many devices have a regulator and will work with either. Which should be used?

I recently bought a second one of these, and it seems a newer revision. From left-to-right, the buttons read Search, Rec, Band+, CH+, AV, and Power/Menu. I have no Source button, and as a result, I cannot switch the receiver to Diversity mode. It's stuck on RF-B. The picture on the box has button labels matching my first revision, as well as yours, but not the product in the box. This isn't documented in the manual, and no combination of short or long button presses, or button combos, seems to switch it. I'm past my return window or I would have sent this back. Any ideas?

Hi.. nah nothing special. U just need to know it takes only 2s - 3s litium ion/poly. U prob have a cable that fits floating around. Oh and the outside of the barrel is ground (if u plan on fabricating a cable) 😎

Yo drone mesh, can you tell where I can get audio from my eachine pro58 diversity receiver in my eachine ev100 goggles I’ve tried everything but it still doesn’t work and your video that you did on them didn’t have any info about it
