Fantastic video! Was the wifi in your room ok?
@LivingOverseasTV4 жыл бұрын
That Guy, The wifi in my room was just okay. It was good enough for me to get my work done. During peak hours it was very slow everywhere on the island that I stayed. I was able to video Skype during non-peak hours.

@@LivingOverseasTV Thank you for answering. One last question: in situations where a place's in-house wifi is marginal, is the area cell service also typically bad? Or can one typically usually find a fast connection by tethering to a cell with a local SIM?
@LivingOverseasTV4 жыл бұрын
@@thatguy7119, Here in the Philippines, in the cities and towns, you can usually get good internet. As you get out to the beaches and amazing nature the internet is not very reliable. There are two main cell companies, Globe and Smart. Friends of mine that have to have internet for work, for backup, have a SIM card for each company and then they just purchase data for whichever card works best in the area they are traveling. I hope that helps.

I think Ton Ton from Almira diving resort can arrange that, and then it's just a walk down the stairs from the resort to the reef. I think there is a 2 dollar entrance fee to the resort, but contact Almira to confirm.

are sharks a problem ?
@wavemaker20773 жыл бұрын
Sharks usually don't attack humans. The great white sharks may attack humans but they don't exist in the Philippines. So sharks are not a problem in the Philippines. They are treated like the whale sharks or dolphins. A sight to behold in the deep sea.
