So refreshing to see a non-twenty something discuss healthy hair. I reached waistlength in my late 50s after beating cancer in my late 40s. Today's beauty standards pressure older women to cut their hair but after all I've been through, I refuse to comply! I like my hair long and I bond with my granddaughters! They like to style it and listen to my healthy hair tips!

Thank you! My sisters have cut their's for years and now they can't grow it or they don't have any, but they tell me to I would look younger if I cut my hair. I have had some health problems, but I h kept my hair over shoulder length. Only 1 of my brothers had the same attitude as me and incouaged me not to cut my hair as well as my mom. Their on a new journey now.

I notice anyone that uses anything with fenugreek in it has long thick hair. I started back with using fenugreek and added green tea and added essential oils; lemongrass, rosemary, and tea tree and use it as a spray. Then I lightly seal with oils. It woulda been faster if you had put it in the fridge for a few hours when it was the consistency of milk. The fridge will slightly solidify the butters and when you whip it with the mixer, it'll become creamy instantly.

Auntie Sandra!!! I just made this leave in, and it is the truth! Everything came out perfectly. The only thing I changed was the preservative. I used optiphen plus instead. I also didn’t have any aloe Vera, but I made it work. This leave in left my low porosity hair moisturized and looking juicy. Lol Thank you again Auntie! ❤️

2 table spoon fenugreek, 1/2 table spoon Rosemary leaves, 1 cup water. Cover for about 2 hours. 6 tablespoon fenugreek Rosemary water, 4 tablespoon aloe vera gel, 1 tablespoon glycerine, 1 tablespoon BTMS 25, 2 fenugreek oil, 1 table spoon Shea butter, 1 tablespoon mango butter. Melt on low heated water. Pour oil base on water and blend into fine consistency

So if you don't wanna waste (spill --- LITERALLY) all that tea ☕️, then you vlcan use the surplus as a hairspray, as she suggested.
