Having a recipe in percentages is the best way to present a recipe, you can scale up or down. Example, if you want to make 100gram or 500 gram batch, percentages will help you to do that quite easily, not a recipe presented in grams. You need to learn how to transfer a recipe from percentages to grams and there are videos that teach you how to do that. Check Tara Lee’s KZbin Channel.
