Thanks for your review. I have been flying DJI drones since 2014, starting with the FC40, I recently bought the 3 Classic...It's a beast!! I bought it with the standard controller (was cheaper than the drone alone) and use it with the Smart controller that came with my Mini 3, which now has become my "take everywhere" drone and use the RC-N1 controller as spare/back-up.

Nice! Always a good idea to have a backup! I sure wish they would make the DJI RC2 compatible with the M3Pro!

What program you use to edit those videos? Nice color grading

Great review. I was wondering how do you know when using Dlog that you've exposed correctly? Do you rely on the histogram or the EV value? I've heard some people say the color assist screen makes the values inaccurate. Others say the overexposure warnings with the zebra stripes can also give a false reading?! And which is the best ratio for video 16:9 or 4:3. Any difference in quality here?

Excellent questions. I don’t typically use DLog so I’m not the best to answer that. I believe the 16x9 will give you a better image quality. I think the 4x3 is cropped in.

Good review. Just added M3P to the fleet. I just piked up a set of K&F filters but finding objectionable vignetting. What filters are you using and the results?
@TheBergreens7 ай бұрын
Thanks! Sorry to hear about the vignetting, I've been using this one: amzn.to/4cBMBrg Havent had any issues with Vignetting and I've been getting good results, hopefully you can return the K&F!

Great video. I am new to this, and have been looking for a good drone to use for when I go off-roading. I know the SKydio 2+ check boxes on the tracking, but they are not available to the consumer market now unless you buy from Ebay. I have looked at DJI, I was wondering what is or do you know anything about Autel Evo II pro V3. There does not seem to be a lot of current information on those drones.

I can’t say that I have any experience with it but it does look a little less refined than the DJI drones. I wish American companies were leading the way but they just don’t seem to be keeping up. Hope you find something that works for you!

What do you have on the camera lens? You said something about a filter...what type what brand and is it heavy? I'm doing massive research on dji drones and because I'm looking for specific features it's looking like the mavic 3 pro is going to have what I need. Now I just have to decide if the dji rc pro is worth it or not.
@TheBergreens7 ай бұрын
I've been using this polarizing filter: amzn.to/4cBMBrg As for the RC Pro, it basically has the same features as the RC except a slightly brighter screen and some extra buttons. I'd save the money and get the DJI RC for now. I'm hoping they'll add firmware update to the DJI RC2 to make it compatible with the Mavic 3 pro!

Do you know if the m3 pro can be upgraded to use O4??
@TheBergreens7 ай бұрын
I wish! Sometimes they do firmware updates but so far I don’t think this is possible.
