She should take you up on the offer to pay for interior design classes. She hung the wallpaper upside down and failed to match the repeat so had to hang a huge expensive mirror over it to cover it up. The industrial workbench peg board and retail/garage hooks do not live up to the rest of the "Bling" factor and look cheap because it is cheap and out of place and a simple store-bought metal rack would have looked better. Oh, and a small wall is hardly a wine niche and it is pronounced NEESH not "Nitch". The nearly day-glow yellow paint outshines everything else, looks like it came from a daycare so also looks out of place. Gold Leaf or more wallpaper, hung right side up would have made more sense instead of disturbing the flow with grey fake rock only halfway up the wall and that awful peg board and I assume that all the homeowner's friends are going to be "impressed" that she used CHROME Dollar Tree napkin holders to hold her stemware? The "homeowner" will have to replace anything that she used industrial glue on because it will destroy the hollow core doors and drywall when "removed" when she could have used clear screw-on brackets made for mirrors instead. That plastic wall molding on the bar will get kicked in and dented, and again all the gold paint will wear off of it when people's knees rub it. All that gold spray paint will oxidize because the surfaces were not primed first and the paint needs a clear coat. Even real brass or metals will turn too and all are coated several times with a clear coat. The metallic bling wrap will also turn and the stones, a choking hazard, will fall out and it will likely peel off entirely because it isn't made to hold up to daily use on a kitchen pantry door which she had a hard time closing after her treatment was finished which will also wear down the bling tape that much faster. There is a LOT more to design than putting colors together and throwing glam at everything in the room. She relies heavily on glam to make her videos and while I like some of her ideas and applaud her for them...she jumped in over her head or someone's budget is my guess on this project. Not trying to be mean just pointing out that it's not as simple as it looks and the longevity and safety of the materials IS an issue that any designer should consider. What good is a cute cheap DIY when you have to pay to have the walls and doors replaced three months later when it all looks like, well, what it is? The black fireplace wall was stunning. High-end doesn't JUST APPLY TO CHEAP GOLD or SILVER glitter or BLING. There is a whole world of OTHER COLORS out there! If she got a proper education in design she would be FIRE!

Yes I agree that's her niche. Instead of a designer trying to break your pockets for elegance, you can have it for a fraction of the price with the products she uses. Also, I know for myself the items she uses from the Dollar Tree etc. are still good quality and they last, especially the way she puts them together. So awesome to see you grow and expand 😊😊😊
