Oh my goodness these are adorable! So useful too! I've never seen these anywhere. You thought of so many different styles too! I will definitely be making these! A different style for both bathrooms and the kitchen. Thank you so much for the inspiration!

I agree with you in that the first two are my favorites also. I would certainly use the beaded one for a plant stand or a candle. I just love your diy’s. Thank you

I love the 1st few very much. The round beaded one i do love for candle holder. I would make a bigger one and than 2 your size for accent candles. And also for plants 🪴 😀

I love the drainer, I added one more segment so it's 3 blocks wide with 7 2-block slats. It's drying right now. It should fit perfectly on my kitchen sink for sponges and scrubbers. I also love those new patterns you designed. The soap dishes are beautiful and would make a lovely gift with a bar of handmade soap. The beads are interesting too, I wonder how those would look with different amounts in the rows. Something like 3, 5, 7, 9, 7, 5, 3. Just a thought. I always love your ideas 💡

I love the first 2. I really want to make a soap bowl for an amount of maybe 10 bars. Thank you! I love watching your channel
@rosettakelsosnow21512 жыл бұрын
Oh, and I definitely will use these in a bath gift basket
@MedicatedHousewifeDIYs2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Rosetta!!! I'n pretty sure you could use ANY of the jenga block bowls for multiple soap bars (if you seal the wood). Like the unreal jenga block bowl video I did last year- that'd work perfectly. I'm so happy you're here- and I appreciate you watching and commenting!!!!❤😀
@rosettakelsosnow21512 жыл бұрын
@@MedicatedHousewifeDIYs I have already made probably 6 of the bowls! I love them! Given all, but 1, away 😆. You're right, I should make another one to use for the soap bars, thank you! Problem though, the dollar tree stores in my area, are all out of the blocks 😢. So I'm patiently (not really) waiting for their supply to come back. I know I could order some but they are much cheaper at the store.

I love these soap dishes. Is the Zinser Stain waterproof? Have they all held up to water? Which is the easiest to take care of? 😊
@MedicatedHousewifeDIYs Жыл бұрын
Thank you!!! The zinser stain is waterproof- and it has held up pretty well so far- I don't use them in really high-traffic wet area- but they are all very water-resistant. I'd suggest for heavy everyday use- you use a heavy duty water-proof sealer spray, which is easy enough to find at a home depot or lowes- that will definitely solve the issue! Thanks for watching!!😊

Do you seal the wood after completing so the water and soap won't damage wood
@MedicatedHousewifeDIYs2 жыл бұрын
Yes Sharon, if you plan on using it around water I would definitely use a waterproof sealer, otherwise the glue will eventually soften and it will come apart- hope the answers your question!😃

How do you protect them from water damage after soaps etc on them
@MedicatedHousewifeDIYs2 жыл бұрын
You would definitely use a waterproof sealer on them if using in a bathroom or kitchen. A coat or two of that would do the trick!! Thanks for watching Pamela!!!😀

I love the ideas but would like if you would give directions one dish at a time. Complete one and move onto the next

Thanks so much-I see what your saying, and normally I DO show each completed project after the tutorial, however in this case I kind of grouped them in 2's -that were similar to each other. But yes, normally I do each individual project separately in all my other videos. Hopefully you enjoy some of my other videos- and thanks again for watching!!!😊
