Love this place. Can't agree more with your awesome review. Brussel sprouts excellence at Peyote. Nobody does them better. HH drinks and HH bar food oysters and papalonas (fries) were top notch. Their version of bread pudding is devine.

Looks great! Peychaud's is a type of "Bitters" popular in New Orleans style drinks. Angostura is the best known of the Bitters, which are added a few drops to cocktails.

He was an engineer and worked for the phone company. He laughed so hard when he saw Chi Chi's was a restaurant in my area. He explained that Chi Chi's are womens breasts.
