Actually i weighed them when I got back and the ultra is heavier by 20gram, i think because of the knit. But on fit, you can't notice the difference.

Hey bro. Are the Cloud+ and the Boom drop in midsoles the same thickness? Have you tried putting the Boom in the regular WOW 808 2? We just got the Ultra version for my son but he likes a couple of the colorways of the regular 808s. You would like to get them to other colors in the regular 808s if the boom fits perfectly. @@MARKCHES Thanks. The EVA Cloud+ bottoms out after awhile then. We're probably going to get the regular 808 2 but switch the Boom Midsole into whichever he uses. He loves the Peak Triangle TaiChi Andrew Wiggins too. He has about 12 pairs in his rotation but he is starting to like the Chinese brands better.

Mine fit true to size. I think if you are a wide footer, you should go up half a size. I also have the PG6, jordan 36, Clyde all pro and new balance two wxy 2. All true to size for me. I think I have a slightly narrow foot.

The collar is useless in the Ultra. It’s not even snug. That is terrible idea on an otherwise amazing shoe. I’m thinking I’d rather have the Ultra drop in insole in the regular 808 2.

I just ordered the og 808 2's and was think the same thing. Normally those lil socks hug the ankles, but these aren't even touching his lol. Unless you have massive cankles, I honestly don't see the point. Hoping I can buy these insoles for my 808 2's...🙏

theyre too thin for a midsole. drop in midsole made no sense unless 90% shoe brands using drop ins and you could re use it on other brands. got 2 kobes with drop in never enjoyed them too low its the only shoe that rolled my ankle
