I use the same type of colour for my brows. My brow are big, and my hairs are super thick but I have bald areas from over plucking. I like the la girl the best but I'm having a hard time getting it with stores closed. L'Oreal is runner up. The cover girl I find a pinch too creamy and not as long wearing. Whenever I try to use a fibre brow jell (I have tried the essence) they make me look like I have pube brows and I can't "fill in" areas with it. I tried just to prove my friend wrong cuz she didn't believe me but I just scratched my skin.

I use the NYX micro brow in Expresso, the Covergirl in Rich Brown, and the Elf instant lift in deep brown. My fave is the NYX. The ELF is great when you don’t need precise. I have the micro version of the ELF that I want to try.

I love the Essence micro precise eyebrow pencil in the shade 02 light brown and the Catrice Slim' matic ultra precise brow pencil in the shade medium. They work for brunettes.

Another great video, Emily! 💖 The Annabelle micro brow pencil is great. I used to use the Essence Make Me Brow but the ELF Wow Brow is better, not as messy. My brow products ALWAYS fade/disappear so it would be great to see more long lasting/waterproof options. Pomades stay on better but give me sharpie brows - not at all my style!

LA Girl are mocking us with those shade names, Espresso should definitely be darkest! I’m devoted to the NYX one (think it was a recommendation of yours way back), so easy to use & I love the brush. i don’t do Instagram brows, just a little filling in and tidying up and it’s perfect for that 👍🏼 have owned the Essence Gel too, it’s pretty much fool proof.

I thought about the benefit gimme brow gel, the Anastasia one thats more of a definer, and the new wiz one by Anastasia but its so expensive and I want to find something cheap but works well

I love the elf ultra precise pencil in cool brown (has a black tube) and prefer the elf brow gel product that is just like the essence one with fibers but a little less messy and darker in a good way.

Maybelline & Cover Girl both have newish brow gels. I prefer the Covergirl (easy breezy brow I think is the name), it keeps my bushy brows in place & is easy to use. The Maybelline one is messier & hard to clean up but man does it last FOREVER.

Yes I have finished an essence make me brow and am nearly done with my second tube. This is my main brow product with the NYX micro brow for extra definition for a full makeup day. Normally the brow gel alone is enough for daytime makeup as I tint my brows and get them threaded regularly. Obviously threading isn't an option at the moment, so I've just been keeping them tidy myself. A big challenge is finding a pale shade in a brow product that isn't yellow/orange based - ash blonde is what I want. Taupe depending on the brand can look very different. The lightest shade of the make me brow is fine, although to be honest the lightest shade of the benefit (shade one) is better. The essence works well and I like the price point. I really like the brow pencil but after using a couple I realized it dries really fast (idk if you’ve had the same experience!) and I don’t mind the brow mascara but find it a bit wet and the brush a bit big for my brows!

I remember you did such vid years ago but I'm interested on what you think about the newer releases since then like the: • ELF Wow Brow Gel • WnW Ultimate Brow Mascara • Colourpop Brow Boss Gel • Milani Stay Put Brow Shaping Gel • LA Colors Browie Wowie Tinted Brow Gel Gel • Maybelline Brow Fast Sculpt Gel Mascara .. & etc. Hope you consider doing a vid for them and even clear brow gels too if you're into them. I think the main focus on makeup these mask-wearing days are on the eyes and brows.

Zoeva Graphic Brows in Arsenic (the coolest brown ever for brunettes and the perfect consistency) and NYX Clear Brow Gel (held everything in place the whole day). I didn't like the essence brow gel. Smudged on me - to much product on the applicator and too runny somehow.

I find most brow pencils work about the same for me what is hardest is getting the right color. My brows are a cool / neutral brown and the closest color is by Wer nWild with Ash Brown.

Check out k-beauty brow pencils. I have tried a few from The Face Shop, Etude House, and Innisfree. They have grey/dark grey brow pencil options that work great for my dark hair and brows! They're pretty affordable too in my country, like around $5 and are usually cheaper online than in their physical stores here.

I know you have to be careful in case it’s not eye-safe, but I do that! Maybelline makes a fiber brow mascara that builds on itself and is honestly an amazing product even taking out the affordability aspect! Other than that, Korean and Japanese mascaras have options I order through Yesstyle.

Elf lock on liner and brow cream. I'm a dark brunette with some red in my hair but NOT in my brows and so many brown brown products are so red based and I'm s cool toned mofo do any war!th on my face I look ill. But so many brown products that are cool enough are also super dark and I'm super pale. Elf medium brown is perfect - ,cool toned but not so dark I look ridiculous!! Best I ever used was billion dollar brows in taupe but that is pricey!!

So, you know how many pencils pull orange? Well, I dyed my hair from ash blonde to Auburn, and I CANT FIND A PENCIL ORANGE ENOUGH! 🤣 How can that be? There are cool taupes for light hair, and dark reddish browns that are too dark, and I can find something in the middle. If anyone knows the right pencil for Anne of Green Gables, please let me know! (Ignore my pic, that’s my blonde hair.)
