Grafted Blade Greatsword's 5 second endure allows you to kill bosses without rolling. With some defense buffs and Malenia's great rune you can kill Consort Radahn literally first try while tanking EVERY single hit. You can put it in your right hand for the skill, and in the left hand put a bleed weapon like Great Stars or a pierce weapon (or both, like a Blood Rusted Anchor).

Fire Knight's GS and the other new native faith scaling weapons can work okay as an int/faith weapon with a frost infusion. You wind up with medicre scaling in both int and faith and have some options for ashes of war. At least it gives you more options that SoNaF

The greatsword of Radahn should've been a curved greatsword, along with the ash of war being a stance instead of having 2 seperate weapons for it. light attack for the promised consort skill and the heavy attack for the lightspeed slash. It being a curved greatsword would've given it a smiliar looking moveset and speed to radahn.

Hot take - all three variants of Radahn's swords should be paired curved greatswords type of weapon, not colossal swords. Make them smaller, lighter, faster and with decent powerstance moveset (but with lower AR and stance damage). Because Radahn himself uses this weapons exactly like two fast curved greatswords. But we as player have this ridiculous colossal powerstance with super slow attacks. It's even looks unpleasant how character wields them. And we already have very similar looking sword that is in curved greatsword category - Freya's sword.

There is one other important scenario where watchdogs's does beat the Greatsword. Despite having the highest atk, gugs has the lowest motion value on it's charged atk making notably weaker than the other infusables for CA builds. The price of a sweep.

At minimum, Radahn's new swords should have been one sword with a stance that the allows either of two attacks and the attacks should have been more different. Make one a charge type effect. And make the light damage attack that remains worth using.
