It's not just any specific weapon, Holy damage in general is bugged, it is a carry over from Dark Souls 3 where Dark damage wasn't properly applied when performing a crit, and it somehow infected literally everything in the transition instead of being fixed. For example: Shard of Alexander/Warrior Jar Shard Godfrey Icon Faithful's Canvas/Flock's Canvas Arrow's Sting Talisman Dagger Talisman Curved Sword Talisman Axe Talisman Companion Jar Jar/Greatjar Helmets Omen Set Radiant Gold Mask Envoy Crown Golden Order Seal There are all the things off the top of my head that don't properly affect Holy damage in PvP. In PvE most everything works just fine, it's in PvP where things are _really_ broken.

Honestly they're all equally fun. Milady for status builds, Leda's for the debuff projectile, Rellana's for the cool versatile ash. Reskins work well on this weapon type; scymitars, sword, katanas...

LGSs win 😮in my heart if for no reason other than how beautifully graceful the moveset is. Ledas is so pretty so it sucks how it got the int scaling heavy weapon treatment.

The ash depends on AR so you can go full dex, it's actually great. It also does more damage than a lightning milady.

FromSoft were reaaaly high on something with Milady. To think about it, Wing Stance can only be put on Milady because it`s only infusable light greatsword. BUT at the same time, this ash of war performs better than Needle Piercer or Moon-and-Fire stance. That`s just stupid. Milady deals most damage, can be buffed, can be infused, Wing stance is the best AoW in class to the point where it feels more like a unique Ash of War, yet you still can change it, that`s just stupid. Just in comparison: Imagine if you could change the affinity and ash of war on Bloodhound`s fang. Make it cold infused, or add more bleed, change Ash of war if needed, still able to buff it, and then bring back Bloodhound`s finesse any moment you want, because "Bloodhound`s finesse is an Ash of War that can be put on every Curved Greadsword which name contains "Bloodhound" in it"

Put Endure in Milady. With proper timing to activate it (3.5 sec active duration), you can see how beautiful (and deadly) its movesets are without getting any interruption from your opponent's attacks. Slash slash poke poke slash, poke poke slash slash slash, it's just sooo satisfying.

if you're new, it's best to go off of feeling anyway since you won't get the worst one until you're almost done with the entire game(idc bout ng+), it won't really matter as much hell, you can even use both the Rellana's and Milady at once since they're very light weapons. just swap depending on the situation

For the Rellana's twin blade in power stance, u can use straight sword move with left hand blade. Does that give fire damage instead of both fire&magic?

right hand: phys+magic left hand: phys+fire If you like the moveset you should go with a str/dex build with base int/faith.

If we're talking about the pre-dlc perfumes, definitely that. But if we're comparing the perfume bottles vs bows, I'd say bows are slightly harder. The strongest bow options for a run (radahns rain, Ansbach bow or black bow), are better against most bosses compared to the best perfumes, but the worst options (something like harp/misbegotten bow only) are infinite times worse than the weakest perfume options (eg. frenzyflame perfume only vs a boss like rykard or mohg)
