There r 2 somaiya ...one takes admission through cap n has around 1.5 lakh fees n other is deemed University which takes admission through their own process n has fees above 5 lakh

Yeah I was talking about the deemed one although their majority of the seats are filled through pera cet there are some seats reserved for MHTCET also….yeah the fees are high….the other one is also good!!

Actually not true My brother is in KJ somaiya Vidyavihar , The fees is definitely on the higher end but most of the student get a scholarship of around 40-50% , And secondly majority of the seats are filled through MHTCET only , the cutoff for pera cet is like 96-97 %ile while from MHTCET the last student who got CS branch got around 91 %ile

After the time of Independence, India had two types of universities 1.One that offers Engineering with other kind of bachelor degree programs like arts & science. Those instituitions named their engineering degree as BE. 2.The second type, which has solely been built up for engineering,named their degree programs as B-Tech. So BE is the old abbreviation whereas BTECH is the new one ….both are same

Rough percentile matlab basically sort of average cutoff(including all branches-lower and higher cutoff branches)….if you have percentile greater than the rough percentile then you definitely have high chances of getting a seat in any of the branches for that particular college
