@@believe6089 yea you can use him for a garrison in the early stages of the game but in the late game you want to have legendary commanders on your wall i am using him for pvp battle in season 3 kvk

I started a second profile in rise of kingdoms after making tons of mistakes learning, I ended getting sun tzu super early,(I'm at CH 7 right now), im dumping everything in to the garrison tree. I got stuck in the coc mode of maxing everything before going up

I’ve heard a number of people say, “I’ll get sculptures for my starting commander when I level my city hall”, but I’ve never found any information on it. I’m fairly certain I’ve leveled more than once and not gotten any.

You get them as a reward from one of the main side quests, I don't remember exactly which one. But you do get them regularly. I particularly don't think that's a good plan, I think you should be focusing on maxing out your civilization commander first, as soon as possible. That'd give you an advantage on other players.
