Edge protection and flap is what I am looking for. I have found the ZENLU iPad Mini case, but it is heavier than the ipad itself, so not what I really want. Do you have any information on the weight of all these cases? ESR, please come out with a version that has edge protection and the flap.

I am reviewing the zenlu one currently but my favorite one so far is the tomtoc, it’s just been hit or miss to find on Amazon.. a video will be coming soon

@@bucklifetech cool. looking forward to tomtoc review. I found that one, too, but not available to buy anywhere. I just ordered the ESR with removable folio. will just have to transport the pen separately. A trade off I am willing to accept.

Does the kickstand case lie flat, or does it wobble when drawing or taking notes due to the kickstand bump?

It does lie very flat so it’s perfect for drawing and note taking. The camera guard protrudes just a little bit more than the kickstand does

You may stitch a cover with thick cloth materials. A sticky flap will be added solution.

I’d say the Apple folio case. It’s made from polyurethane which technically isn’t a plastic

They need to make the one with a kickstand that ALSO holds the pencil. Not just by magnetically attaching.
